I may be wrong but isn't the season on Lakers closed on lake Michigan? I know it closes in Oct but not sure when it opens back up. Those are some nice looking grease balls. Tasty too. Nothing better than those whitefish and Menomonee. That one was a tank!

No they opened it back up in the recent years. Thank ya tho they sure are some tasty fish!
Gotcha. It's always been open in the rivers anyway and technically you were fishing in the river.
