I made one of those fuzzy bees for the same reason as you...I want to stand out with my products. I did not enjoy working with the yarn, though. I found it very slippery. I have purchased some bamboo hooks in the hope that I will have a better experience next time. I used Lion Brand Feels like Bliss. Is that what you used?
That is the yarn! I tried Little Bunny which I didn't love the texture, but the lion brand yarn is slick. It was really easy to accidentally tug the yarn without the hook and have all the stitches come out😭
