😮😮😮😮
That first hand - never have I wished more for kings to crack aces.
You and me both.
@willer3399me too
4t92az
They should have been penalized, at least sitting out a round. But it was obvious at least one of them had aces. Beth was damn near showing her tatas she was so happy.
@RatfaceKilla-w3hi honestly don't know why the K K guy went in when they were both basically telling everyone everyone they had A A
‘I knew you had that hand’ 😂😂😂pffffffffffft!😂
Top set turns boat, nobody can fold that
im guessing..that llady who vsing the horrible acting guy with straight flush? corey? lmao
She slow rolled it, she should’ve called all in before the river
Honestly not weird to think that at that point imo. And also impossible to fold at that point. Just unlucky
@Grunge_Cycling but she knew he had that hand clearly lmao
That's what sucks about poker...you can play everything right and still get screwed.
You have the exact same chances of being on the bad beat end as to being on the suckout end.
Pretty sure that’s the point of gambling
It’s a equation of skill/luck x bankroll-gambling issues (if it’s influencing decisions) will equal your status and stance in the beautiful game of poker
That's why I hate that people tend to go All In in the beginning of most online poker games. Even with Aces I wouldn't shove if I'm not already out. When I see flush or straight draws after the flop I'm probably about to lose. Even with a two pair I'd be out.
The moment you go All In is either a bluff or gambling.
@Hoch134 That's what ruined online poker for me. I'm playing for small amount of money, but people who don't care about the money just shove all in. They aren't trying to play, they are just bullying people. They make it straight up gambling, just dumb luck. There is no skill involved. It completely wrecked it for me.
Richey calling that all-in is the worst decision I’ve ever seen in poker. It’s nearly impossible to fold kings under normal circumstances, but you got a woman literally cheering and saying she’s got it and hellmuth going bananas and instantly going all in. It’s like he’s not even paying attention. One of them has aces. And he acts so shocked and disappointed after seeing their cards. If there’s ever an opportunity to fold kings preflop where it’s obvious you’re beat… it was there.
It's not *that* bad, actually. Well, you can make the argument that it is pretty bad because Helmuth and Shak are basically playing face up - but that means that all four aces are accounted for, and neither of their hands are going to improve, so he has about a 20% chance to win the pot. As I said, he's not getting the odds to make the call (~400k to win ~800k means he has to win 1 in 3 times when the odds say he'll win 1 in 5), so it is definitely the wrong decision, but ironically it's a better call than if he had just called a single opponent that showed him they had aces (assuming they blocked both his suits).
I mean, I just saw a short of a player shoving with top pair on a paired board where 8 players had seen the flop, so calling a 20% equity all in when you actually need 33% isn't the worst thing I've ever seen. The issue here isn't that he was behind; it was how much he was being asked to put in to make the call. If the betting had ended up where he was putting in 200k to win that 800k or whatever, suddenly it's just correct.
Just to reiterate - you are correct that it was the wrong decision, but I'd argue it was far from the worst decision ever.
Exactly. Absolute horrid call when you got 2 players acting like they already won the pot and you're still left to act.
One of them clearly has AA here.
from a mathematical point of view it's a snap call regardless, from a poker player's point of view it's fair to say you should fold but I'd still think about it a bit.
It's absolutely a terrible call. Wtf did you think they had acting like that? Especially her, when she's having an orgasm after her all in is called
@jaxsonbateman dude that all goes out the window when your tournament life is at risk.
Yeah everything you said makes sense, early in a tournament when your 3 to 1 on the table and hot wiring to build a stack. It makes absolute zero sense to get your chips in behind when your at risk of elimination late. Putrid call on all accounts
23:38 Love the end, them wear clown noses, friendly hugs, sportsmanship like!
Yeah, I always prefer showmanship like this over the OTT trash-talking personalities
She str8 capped out her asssssss
13:34 "You told me I had it" LMAO got mad at his Sorcerer
Yeah that was so funny lol he was so angry and just wanted someone other than himself to blame.
Richey really failed at self awareness in that first hand imo. Shak literally turned around and announced to everyone what she had, Hellmuth was also making it fairly obvious. You can probably play poker your entire life and have zero situations where you have an easy fold preflop with kings, but that may have been one of them.
yeah i dont see how he makes that call when they are both acting like that
I feel like it makes a lot of sense actually if he did get a read that they both had aces. Because neither of them can get a set or quads, they can only boat up with 3 on the board, can only get a nut flush with 4 on the board. A chance to triple up against two people who are blocking each other from making a lot of good hands is worth it imo.
@edwardmarzec4391 - I was thinking the same thing.
@edwardmarzec4391except you're still a big underdog, and while the two pairs of aces do lose chances to improve, they're already ahead and the kings have lost their flush outs.
@edwardmarzec4391If you put both of them on Aces then you have 0 flush draws and a 20 percent chance preflop to improve to hit a set. You must improve and trips on board is no good. The only other out is the miniscule chance of the 1 straight draw chance you have; 9, 10, J, Q on board.
That Harman Zeidman hand is basically what got me in to poker back in the day.
I remember watching it live
That was disgusting...how unlucky can you get :(
pos slowroll, she didn't even say anything, what a sweetheart
@Kleavers nothing new lol seen it all. I lost even wort than her. I flip nut straight turn fh guy call with one queen. And made quads lol. I didn’t even slow play haha max bet every turn
He should have been waiting before raising it .. she smelled his hand by going in to quik .She easily could say I am out
Guy LaLiberte is easily one of Poker's most enjoyable ambassadors. The High Stakes Poker segments with him in the mix were by far the most enjoyable - especially that memorable hand he had vs. Doyle Brunson for nearly $1M in cash, and his hand vs. David Benjamin where he agreed with David to claw back 85% of the pot, and play for just the initial $140k in the middle. Super classy guy, always respectful, always fun, but also super competitive.
Amateur billionaire whale….3 words that will get you invited to any cash game
@Nunyabusiness101-l5r No Doubt!
The ladies folded to bullets was one of the most skilled moves I have ever seen.
Mike shouting 1 time and then lose is like the best moment I saw in so many hands
Idk, in the first hand, I feel like if the cards leave the table the hand is dead.
Mike Matusow losing that KK after flopping a set is so awesome lol.
Would you explain to me how he lost? I don't understand the hand and why is higher
@guillermogamalielcabrerame8516 flush
Matusow had a triplet. But since both got one heart and there were 4 hearts in the middle both had a flush which is higher than a triplet. And if both got a flush the one with the higher card wins.
2:50 I’ve seen this happen with an aces and kings before in real life and multiple times in clips, dnegs vs phil hell comes to mind.
Video missing the royal flush vs quad aces hand, pretty iconic.
You could smell the two AA miles in the wind. Especially both going all in that fast and confident, at least one had it.
Richey was an idiot that only made it there due to clearly luck. That was an easy fold even with Kings with how they were acting. Unreal.
The universe does not need your narration.
That call by Duhamel was legendary
That Harman/Zeidman hand happened around the time I got into Poker and tought me a lot.
Greatest fold in WSOP history? Was the commentator high?
hands like all of these is why Poker is truly amazing! great video! I wish they would make players wear a heart rate monitor during tournaments that only the viewers can see. Imagine the numbers during hands like these! haha
My god, the Zeidman - Harman one was just brutal
Runner Runner flush is standard procedure at nearly ever Poker Stars Tournament when someone calls against AA or KK with 87o
Quarter of a second in America feels more like 1 minute
1:30 She has no table etiqutte.
She's a Mii. can't blame her
Just play a few hours online and you will see this whole compilation onnthe same day
Damn I havent watched poker in about 12 years. I forgot half these players existed.
I’ve experienced that situation with two pairs of aces on the flop with a pair of kings as well. We all went all-in. I and the other pair of aces lost to trip kings, ouch.
that double fold is insane
I assume she played do tight and bad before the video that is was obvious she had aces
It sure was. She must play tight.
This was actually an insanely cool video to watch 🔥
Folding Q/J is proffessional poker duck
From his reaction after calling he didnt put them on Aces 😂😂😂
You missed Mizrachi vs Jarvis, 2010 WSOP Main Event
10:29 behind that smirk was a neutron bomb sized "lmfao!!!"
21:30 , of all the ayears of poker watching ive done, i know one thing for sure, never smile or celebrate before its over because youre gonna eat it if you do.
the straight flush is crazy hand
You just earned a new subscriber
Affleck going in on a pair of Aces is WILD
I’m speechless!
Loved that Guy and Esfandriari hand. Also, nice to see him pick up a big pot for once. He always strikes me as a good sport and a gentleman. And ditto with Guy.
Tony g rubbing hell mouth
Thanks. ✌🏻👊🏼
I was waiting to see pocket dueces shut down pocket rockets
I was in a red AA, red KK, blk AA, blk KK hand flop 6,5, 4, turn 2, river j. I had red KK. Four all ins preflop. Craziest hand I ever seen.
What was the suits of the table cards? I presume pocket aces chopped?
"its up to the gods" with pocket aces xd
despite the early hollywooding to entice an all in from Drinan, Katz did a fantastic job of keeping his reaction minimal when he hit that four flush on the river. well done to respect Katz that much.
4:39 Katz be going to the same plastic surgeon as Simon Conwell. 👁👄👁
Duhamel calls was really a horrible decision that paid off😂
This video is a masterclass on how brutal poker variance can be. The hand with Matt Affleck (Aces vs 89s) still hurts to watch even years later. It’s a reminder that being the favorite doesn't mean you've won until the last card hits. Great selection of hands!
when you see people go all in and than high fiving themselves muck your hand
15:35 goated commentary 😂
The mouth finally got shut down 😂
craziest hand ive played... three us flopped a flush... Ahigh, Khigh and third guy had straight flush to the queen. i had the Khigh flush and lucky it was a small $150 pot
1 in 1200 that two players have aces? What? 9-handed it's 1 in 7521. It's only 1 in 1200 when you already have AA in your hand and you're playing heads up.
Yeah don't pay attention to that. He also said 12 million which is bollocks. Just stupid youtube uploader once again
@prostynick @leenb7560 Why are you assuming that the odds referred only to the starting two cards? The odds of two players having pocket aces and then one hitting a flush is much more likely what was being referenced. But you keep criticizing without thinking if that works for you.
Also, the odds of a second player having pocket aces are different than one player since two aces are removed from the deck. You need 2 cards out of 50, not 4 out of 52. The odds are 0.0166%.
The odds of hitting a flush with just one suited card is effectively zero (0.2%).
Combining the two, if I did the math correctly, is a 1 in 301,204,819 chance.
Excellent compilation. Absolutely loved it! I'll be leaving to play poker now.......
You told me I had it LOL
That's crazy
brb going to play some internet poker after watching this
I went to highschool with the eichele kid, what a fold by him
Commentator: "Payne, FEELING THE PAIN" 😂 15:40
All of that conversation and saying "I got it! I got it!" before Richey makes the call was insanely inappropriate.
But she shows titty, so there’s that.
Yeah. I'm not a poker player (beyond home games), but that seemed weird to me.
Once had pocket aces v another set of aces v pocket kings v pocket queens 2nd hand of a tourny. 4 clubs in a row wiped out me and 3 others
How is the quad aces vs royal flush from the Maine event years ago not on here?!?!
richey seems to love this thing from colombia
Casually in a high level tournament AA vs KK vs AA,very hard to believe.
And he's gotta listen to Helmuth 🤣
This video randomly popped up and I m glad it did
every video randomly pops up!
Masters empathise for bad beats..its the way the cookie crumbles
play of gods until the life after having won
If spoiler alert was a RUclips video
😂 that's whas😮 sick whit flash
Whats with the filming, cant see the table, cant see the cards, cant see the players .. wtf !!!
I get an adrenaline rush by proxy
They can call all in on every big hand.how many all ins do u get to call in ths game.😮😮😮😮😮
14:28 if Joshi just played he would've won it all
14:25 holy wow who's that female commentator voice? its like silk!
I saw the weinman hand during the live stream at work. Took so much to not yell lol
20:28 he used the secret tactic of picking his backpack
I had AA vs AK and AK....lost to both on a straight
Why does Ben afflecks brother look like Matt Damon 😂😂
This kind of hand is going to tarnish Phil's legacy lol
Ouch the dbl A A that hurt
Duhamel is a dumhamel and got so lucky river lmao
Holding pocket Aces has always been bad luck for me, I lose almost every time when I start with Aces.
Beth Richey should get a double orbit penalty, as should Helmuth…and the KK guy is a fool for calling totally unaware of their celebrations
Matt Affleck looks more like Matt Damon
How is it that it’s always pocket high cards.
I would have loved for the K to come on the first hand.
Duhamel has played so many hands so badly but he always gets away with it-what a lucky bastard !
Calls an all in when queens could have been on the board what a fish
Dagger to Matt Affleck. Duhamel had a golden horseshoe up his ass that WSOP year.
Of course all Mariner fans are used to defeat.
Udah di atur itu jir kartu tangan nya biar seru
I had AA against AA at morongo about a month ago and he got the flush
Bros laliberte and butter are fucking legends
Same thing happened to me. Both paired bullets. He ran out a flush on the board😢😢😢
You dont celebrate before the river 😂
_Like the wind..._
Worst Poker hand I ever had was losing with a straight flush against a higher straight flush.
It’s weird how rare they think 5-20% hits.
10:21 afflecks soul left his body
Should've jummed pre
@Nikolay.Anatoly Agreed. Should have gone all in on the five bet.
