It’s so nice that he acknowledges their shortcomings while emphasising that there’s nothing wrong with not being perfect, especially because they’re still trainees and they just learnt the dance. Not only that, giving them dreams to work towards (breaking the stereotype that vocal line can’t dance well etc) and rewarding them for their hard work, as well as speaking formally to them despite the obvious difference in status.. he’s such a talented individual as a whole but what really stands out to me is his personality and character

He's natural teacher. I'm a nana-noona retired singer-dancer now and I would've been absolutely overwhelmed by such an opportunity at their age. How truly wonderful for them.
