Hi!! Could you tell us a little more about your experience in that hotel? I have a reservation to go but I'm reading a lot of bad reviews that say it's very dirty and poorly maintained, so I'm a little scared about going there.

Good morning Gastón. Our experience was good in there! we found a clean hotel all around, mostly the room. The staff was so kind and as you can see in the video everything was good to be a medium rate hotel (cheap). The most important thing about this hotel is the location really close to Universal Studios. Thank you for asking Gastón and have a great weekend.

I saw another video where they showed a large homeless encampment across the street. How safe is that hotel? can we safely walk to Universal or best to Uber?
Hello Tammy! Sincerely we walked through the bridge and the street like (7:00 a.m) early in the morning and we didn't find anything and anyone representing a risk to our family during that trip. It could be possible the city or the Police dept have been doing a great job to keep the travelers and tourists secure in that area. As a matter of fact We did have a good and very secure trip, and our stay in the hotel was comfortable. Thank you for asking and have a wonderful day Tammy.

@@cmgr6982 Hello! First of all, Thank you for watching the video. Then let me tell you that we went out at night but not late, because we were looking for a good dinner around the hotel and we found it. there are many restaurants and stores in that area; we didn't see it dangerous but late night could be different...who knows? As you can see we have three kids and we must be really careful about the night time we go out with them, in order to keep them safe, everything else was good with no risk.
