Before anyone says anything about the voiceline with muramasa let me clarify. She isn't in love with him. As we have seen with ishtar, divine spirits make up the majority of the vessels personality. But some personality from the vessel itself remains. She doesn't act like that because she's in love with emiya or his variations. It's because the vessel itself and the minority personality know instinctively that they have met the person back when they were simply human. Mara just picks up on the fact that her vessel and the smaller personality recognize a distant connection between emiya/ muramasa. She also stated that her love is directed at a single target which is the mc. Which means she isn't romantically interested in emiya or any variant.
I think it's more Kama seeing herself in him. She's single-mindedly obsessed with Master, Muramasa is single-mindedly obsessed with making swords. It could be she gets a feeling of being watched, because it's like looking at a mirror that shows your worst self. Or something like that. People tend to dislike seeing their faults in others.
You know, I always wondered how they were gonna top Kama being such a thirsty Beast back in Ooku when they revealed her swimsuit version... Holy shit. They blew my expectations out of the water, literally.
Tbh. I wouldn’t have called her thirsty even as a Beast. Though she claimed to “love” she didn’t loook very into it. At the very least she was nowhere near as blatantly horny as Kiara was despite being willing to have sex with anyone to make them drown in depravity.
