  • Kabab Jee style Fried Chicken
    Chicken Marinade
    Chicken with skin (9 pieces cut) 1 kg
    Red chili powder 1 table spoon
    Salt 1 tea spoon
    Chicken powder 1 table spoon
    Garlic powder 1 table spoon
    Shan Black pepper 1 tea spoon
    White pepper ½ tea spoon
    Water 100 ml
    Breading Mix
    Flour (Maida) 1 kg
    Salt 1 table spoon
    Red chili powder 1 table spoon
    Garlic powder 1 tea spoon
    White pepper 1 tea spoon
    Chicken powder 1 table spoon
    Corn flour 2 table spoons
    Baking powder 1 tea spoon
    Oil (for deep frying)
    Method
    Combine water and all the ingredients for the marinade in a mixing bowl. Mix well, then add chicken pieces. Marinate for six hours.
    To make the breading mix, combine all the ingredients inside the mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Coat the marinated chicken with the breading mix.
    Once coated, remove the chicken coated with the breading mix and dip it in water for 2 seconds. Then, quickly coat it again with the dry batter. Coat the chicken well and deep-fry at 167 C for 12 to 13 minutes until it achieves a golden color.
