A tribute to Dr Tan Eng Liang

At the SNOC Annual General Meeting, we would like to honour Dr Tan Eng Liang as he steps down as vice-president after 28 years of service. 🇸🇬
His illustrious career means it's no surprise there is a long list of people who have worked alongside him who have much to say.
