There's actually a way to help your friends when they're being chased by golem, you equip custom, diamond, or megarock then you can walk in front of the golem and go into a rock, it will most likely get stuck on the corner of the rock.

I found a glitch with golem, if you spam E when the golem is about to die the cooldown will go to zero and spawn another golem.
