U need to adjust your idle screw on the carb that's why she idle low . Mes with the air screw to that'll make it faster if you want to make her fast port and polish the head and put a wiesco piston with a hot rod crank . With all that u better hold on .
so did i two years ago, lol. it had been leaning against a tree for way too long. its been a long road but it should be fully rebuilt and ready to ride soon. i cant wait.
mine was twice as dinged up as that, with cracks and holes and rode pretty good still. then 3rd gear started slipping. i have been fully rebuilding it and its got a brand new fmf fatty gold series expansion chamber now. i cant wait to ride it again. and with third gear, no more skipping third into fourth, lol. or revving it out in second. its gonna be mint.

Just a rebuild will do it sounds like it has pretty low compression so just fix that don't get big boat kit
get the pipe to go with your slip on vforce 3 reeds filter kit with open box mod re jet and adjust your carb

Fuel injection my dad has a race bike same bike with a shorty, and pro taper bars and a fuel injection it rips it is race ready
Tighten up the chain
Put a pro Curcuit pipe on it and vforce 3 reeds and maybe a wiesco high compression piston
Put a pro circuit pipe. Or fmf and or big bore kit.
