I love how distinctive Asa’s voice is. Without looking at the screen I knew the moment she started rapping. Hate that hers was so short.

I hope one day people will understand that YG has his own unique signature and they strive to preserve it. They have no intention of copy his own groups they want to mantain his distinct style. YG once said: we want that when someone listen our songs they think "oh its so YG" they want to preserved their brand through generations. It just that many people discovered the YG concept through BP but they were already many years behind in the industry. Ain't no way YG would do the same cute sweet girl concept these kpop GG groups are doing a lot these days im thankful for that, we need some noise in kpop. Certain company (i know you know which one) do the same easy listening songs, are on the same trend but oh! lets hate YG while that company do the same but with another concept

Since their first announcement, the group has been marketed as babies with YG genes. So this is BABYMONSTER! People who don't like YG's musical style won't like the group and those who do will love the group and there's no right or wrong. One of the best debut songs in KPOP history I fear. People were saying it sounds to ''YG'' or to ''BLACKPINK'', so they gave us 3 different songs in one.

Don't be shocked by the different ending. Teddy doesn't really produce for YG anymore. They hired 50+ NEW producers so we will be getting alot of NEW and DIFFERENT sounds from YG artists which is exciting IMHO. And thats coz the famous YG sound was getting old and us fans were tired of the same thing from every YG artist.

I think our rappers are more than capable of more, I think the lyricism has not risen to the occasion as much as it could and I can't wait till they let them cook. I loved the breakdown, could have gone ever harder into a breakdown, but I always appreciate a yg party anthem ending, cause I know it's written to rock a stadium crowd and you know it always will.
They use too many onomatopoeias in the lyrics. I wish they gave real words. click clack click vroom vroom pow or whatever, aint it. It'd be more impressive to rap fast and actually say words.
