The company says that the name is pronounced Red-Oh'-Dee-Oh, if you care. Seems everyone struggles to get it right.

@@PalmettoCats I saw a few reviews where they mentioned that the company insisted that they pronounce it correctly, so that's the only reason that I knew. All these Chinese brands have such weird names.
