I've had a challenge with people that care. I've been speaking on the fact that sales professionals in business to business companies have atrocious turnover which hurts the companies and the sales professionals having unstable work life 😢 I have interviewed hundreds of companies and they all said they have terrible turnover among salespeople and ask them why don't they change they just say they don't know really what to do. Not getting too deep but now companies are holding marketing and revenue leaders all responsible and the turnovers of all dropped under 2 years😢😢😮 how can that be good for a company it can't. I can't seem to find anybody in a company that seems to care. Any ideas? You say to find the who I can't seem to find anybody that wants to do anything different just keep it the status quo is crushing companies. Turnover rate amongst go to market add revenue leaders is dropping like a rock😢😢😢😅😮
Building a personal brand can take years, 7 days per week. You must build an audience. Almost each word mentioned in the video requires in-depth study. On the PLATFORM you're on, you're doing a few things: 1. Demonstrating you understand what your person is going through (through the language you use and the questions you answer based on the problems. 2. Showing proof that you're the person to listen to - case studies, frameworks, ideas to help people through those problems - and again all of this framed through the above. Tips/strategies/help. 3. Connections to other people in the industry - authority through association. 4. Reactions / news - updates in the industry so the audience knows you're on top of it and are staying up to date. 5. Personal events and occurrences that relate to the audience on all of the above. There are a ton of things you can create content about but if you're not sure WHAT exactly to create content about, you haven't done enough research and digging into who your target audience is and what they want and need.
I washed the entire thing. Does this still apply for people who are not looking to make money? Let’s say you’re just trying to build a personal brand so that you look good on Instagram to potentially improve your dating life within your local community. Then what? Would who still matter? I guess so but then you have to go out and have real conversations with the dream women you’re trying to attract to find out more about them…
All you gotta do is to stop listening to everyone telling you what to do all the time and start cultivating a mind of your own. Right now i see all the “experts” saying the same thing. Thats the trend, no one has original views anymore, so why listen?
I think what you have to offer a person changes depending on who it is you're serving. You can serve different people in different ways, but imagine helping people you don't really care too much about - that's not a life of fulfillment, is it?
@@patflynn If my set of skills are not in what they need, then how can I help them? To try and be anything else would be fake, and would only cause more stress to be something you are not. What's the point of branding, if you are going to try and be everything to everyone?

4) Platform, a place to connect with them. (Create unique experienced content, strong conviction, brand your frameworks)

Awesome
❤❤❤❤ i love
Building a personal brand can take years, 7 days per week.
You must build an audience.
Almost each word mentioned in the video requires in-depth study.
I have 5 key tasks that I HAVE repeat EVERY DAY, 6 day per week for years.
My channel is only 1200 subscribers, but I’ve made multiple -figures with my personal brand.
I use organic strategies.
My niece is agricultural land, hunting ranches in South Africa.
My channel is my name.
Without collecting the data 📈 of people you don’t have direction on a Niche.
9:40 external problem: No Chick Fil A Sauce !? Thanks for tips 😎
I subscribe your channel! 😃
I think I’m the only one who finds this a little vague around WHAT people are actually creating content about..!?
On the PLATFORM you're on, you're doing a few things:
This 🔥
@@patflynnthis is golden. Thank you for sharing. 🙏
@patflynn these 5 points are gold. It really creates a solid base to set yourself up for success.
I washed the entire thing. Does this still apply for people who are not looking to make money? Let’s say you’re just trying to build a personal brand so that you look good on Instagram to potentially improve your dating life within your local community. Then what? Would who still matter? I guess so but then you have to go out and have real conversations with the dream women you’re trying to attract to find out more about them…
No way poke guy
All you gotta do is to stop listening to everyone telling you what to do all the time and start cultivating a mind of your own. Right now i see all the “experts” saying the same thing. Thats the trend, no one has original views anymore, so why listen?
There are no unique messages, only unique messengers.
@@patflynn but thats my point pat. The messengers are no longer unique because they all pump out the same content!
fucking epic
No , he is wrong. you should start with WHY , most of them already know HOW and What , and they are not consistent because they don't know their WHY .
I am sorry, but I do not agree. I feel like the question is not who I am serving, but what do I have to offer. Not in a product, but as a person
Thanks, Pat. Bringing it, as always. 👍🦘
Really great advice Pat, thanks for this!
