I'm Australian travelling Finland, Sweden & Norway atm. We're staying in Sarnes. We went up to Nordkapp. I found most drivers good. Particularly on the icy roads. But some drivers coming the other direction almost ran us off the road because they were going too fast & taking up too much road.
Much more beautiful countries in which to tolerate said numpties though, don't you think. 👍 Glad you reminded me recently to come over and see such fantastic scenery. 😁

I do that ferry trip across Mortavika and Arsvågen, 3:48, quite a bit and people at both ends treat it like a racetrack trying to make way in front of everyone else. Seen so many close calls it's ridiculous.

That merging at 4:55 is pure cancer. I'm driving through almost daily and had many close calls. If you don't force yourself into the left lane, usually no one let you merge and you end up blocking the right lane and pissing off everyone behind you. I think there should be vertical sign showing zipping traffic or something.
In my experience I have a feeling that in north Norway there are more crazy drivers than south. Anyway, it's lovely and beautiful country where I have had good time on every visit.

Beautiful nature, but many Norwegian roads are way to small and in bad condition. Imagine how many lives that could be saved and how much easier transport would be if we had a proper highway network with 4 lanes and speed a limit of 130 km/t between the 4 biggest cities and Tromsø. A 2 lane railroad system should also been in place on the same routes.

Nah just skill issus of some people most of us are pretty skilles drivers and most of us is used to the narrow roads and can drive on them faster than most people. Pluss we have less accidents than most countries so idk where u got that from mate
I came here because i recognized lysefjord bruen. Drive there practically everyday. And yeah, a lot of drivers are rather impatient... Which is a really bad thing for the safety of everyone
