    P.S, The (W) was introduced on July 22nd 2001 after the Orange (Q) Train discontinued The (W) ran via the West End Line To Coney Island Stillwell Avenue, Because of construction on the Manhattan Bridge. On February 22nd 2004 after The Manhattan Bridge was reconstructed, (W) Trains ran on Weekdays only instead of Weekends between 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM. On July 27th 2008, the W was extended to run until 11:00 p.m. in response to growth in the subway system's ridership. The (W) discontinued on June 25th 2010, but was reinstated on November 7th 2016.
    Also, Cortlandt Street was closed for reconstruction, The Uptown platform reopened on November 25th 2009 & the downtown platform reopened on September 6th 2011.
