His wife made absolutely no time for him. We saw even with the reconciliation process, she never prioritize their relationship. I really love these dramas that feature cheating. I take joy and seeing the cheaters get what they deserve. However, with this drama it hit different. This man was so lonely in his own marriage. His wife made absolutely no time for him. We saw even with the reconciliation process, she never prioritize their relationship. I’m not demonizing her, I’m just saying that I understand why he did it. I think even if he had gone the route of asking for therapy, she would’ve put her job over him, and it would’ve inevitably still led to divorce. The cheating just accelerated things. I honestly did not see him as a bad guy in this; he really did love his wife. He didn’t cheat for the thrill. He didn’t cheat for his sexual gratification. I truly believe he cheated because he just wanted to be seen and appreciated. 😕 That being said, they are not a good fit. She is dedicated to her job, and it will always come first.
