I have a feeling that the next big project is going to be starting a 1950s service station

I’ve never seen those oil bottles before…so cool. I love how the tire inflator had wooden rollers for the air hose, and that they were still there. Damn that’s a nice battery charger…the world was a beautiful place back then. Art deco is my favorite, those pumps were a treat to see, like stepping back in time. Ahhh Texaco sign!! That’s insane. I love Texaco signs, very cool. I love it. Very happy you guys got this whole score.

    Amazing finds.
As for that last sign, there is a gas station in southern NM that has one outside, it's faded and rusted but still there.

Great video, sir. Thanks for showing all of those great "yesteryear" memories!!! I miss those days of seeing and using those "dated" items. I was born in 1958 and l remember seeing all of those items at gas stations when l was growing up. Thanks for sharing that great collection online!!! Take care.

Great video as always. For few years now I been trying to buy and collect US made things from 50s to replicate that eras life style, but since I dont live in US that process is slow. But its getting there :) Your videos really help me to understand a lot of things about mid 20th century and also educates me.
I'm Looking foward to see more vintage finds of yours, restaurations and much more. Keep up the great work!

I found you on Tiktok I want to say almost a year ago now, and I just found out that you have a RUclips tonight. My husband and I love older things, especially 50’s related things. We own an all original ‘55 Pontic Chieftain that was originally his father’s before he passed. Love the content and you have a new subscriber!

If you made a gas station people with classic cars would probably flock to it with how cool those pumps are and that they are period accurate to their 1957 catillac convertible or something like that.

Olive IL I bought t from an old lady it was from her fathers gas station in the 20s and 30s the station is still there its got the old gas pumps on display on rte old 66

I hope you paid her a fair price for that stuff. If you did pay her a fair price... you still spent a lot of money. Cool stuff man

Collecting is like real estate. Except it condition condition condition. Fair to poor condition doesn’t go up in value.

Come on man, you are not talking about anything new. You young RUclips guys have to realize that most of us have been collecting gas and oil before you were born. Believe it or not there was a life BEFORE RUclips AND THE INTERNET.
PRETTY BORING STUFF. I think the guy trying to convince himself
