Love you videos on ikea cabinet and hoya tour. I have probably 35 varieties of hoyas and just purchased a Milsbo cabinet to put some in. Bought mine in black and debating on spraying pegboard and skadis shelves black. Are you liking the black inside or does it need to be lighter? I am considering painting everything black as well. I also bought same lights as you, fans and water feature. Thank you for sharing, really appreciate you sharing.
I’m sorry for such a late reply, but I really appreciate your comment! Did you end up painting your pegboard and shelves? I like mine as it gives a nice background for my plants, as the cabinet is between two large windows). I hope you are enjoying your cabinet with all your hoyas!
@@herrenfam I did end up painting mine with burnish amber hammered color. kind of a black brownish gray color. it had a little trouble curing because of humidity in cabinet and the smell of paint lingered for too long. it's been a few months and paint smell is gone, it's absolutely beautiful. Do like it, would do it again, like you said for back drop alone is great. Loving the cabinets, have 2 now.
@@cathybohn9137 the color sounds great! I imagine it was tough curing the paint while in the humid cabinet. We cured my pegboard in the summer desert sun. I hope you enjoy your two cabinets! I have two more detolfs now; you can see them in my newest video 🌱
