    This video is 3 rounds of semi guided breathwork.

    If you are new to breathwork you should be aware that it can have quite powerful effects on the body, please do not do this while operating anything that requires your attention, like driving etc, don't do the exercise in water, make sure you have a safe place to do it in, taking full care and responsibility for yourself and your environment. By participating in the video you are doing so at your own discretion.
    Deep breathing may cause tingling sensations, muscle contractions and/or lightheadedness. The technical term for the muscle contractions is tetany, it's very common and non harmful, if it becomes intense you can shake it out or slow down your breathing a little. If you want to read more about it there's a great article you can read here: breathworkonli.... You might also experience emotional reactions. This is completely normal but if you are struggling at all it is advisable to go at your own pace and not try to force the exercise too much. Be your own guide and listen to your own body to decide what's appropriate for you.
    If you're breathing to the point of passing out you're forcing the exercises and have gone too far, you're better off gradually building up to the exercises and not exceeding your limits.
    You should avoid doing intense breathwork during pregnancy, or suffer from epilepsy. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions or concerns, should always consult a doctor before participating.
    ||||||||| HOW TO BREATHE WITH THIS TRACK |||||||||
    The breaths you could use are either:
    DOUBLE INHALE WIM HOF METHOD - This is one inhale stacked on top of another, start by breathing into the belly then quickly inhaling to the top of the lungs, followed by a slightly tapered exhale, all done through the mouth.

    You will hear on the track when a little bell goes and be able to see the instructions on the screen when to start the breathwork rounds, when to exhale and hold, when to inhale again and then start the next round.
    On the final round you can exhale completely, let go and relax.
    Often at this point your body is prepared for a deep meditation so you can continue beyond the track to do so if you wish.
