I had the same issues with sleeping after meals , for many years. Then someone suggested cutting down to 2 meals a day. It worked, as an added benefit I have lost weight 😊

I’ve tried cutting down to 1.5 meals daily and that helps a little. I’m glad that worked for you and weight loss was def an added benefit.
