Sxgy, thank you for doing a service for the Krunker community and making this video. If any of you are afraid of your password not being strong enough, keep in mind that a long, unembellished password is safer than a short one with a bunch of symbols. For example, "puPP1e$" is relatively insecure because it's only 7 characters long and contains common substitutions, meaning the computer doesn't have to try as many combinations before guessing your password, especially if the word "puppies" is used as a starting point. A good password format is to take 4 common words and slap them together, like "tomatobattlerunningturtle." This is harder for a computer to guess because there are more combinations, even if the computer knew you were using this format, and is also easier to remember. (This explanation simplifies a few things about computer science and discrete math, but the core message remains the same.) Also, random side note, but the video title should use the word "affecting" and not "effecting." I still fall victim to that one from time to time as well lol
Another thing no matter how complicated u thing Ur 7 letter pass word is like my old old password was Q>pO_)8S the computer will get it faster than 111111111222
That's actually a good point i should've included in the video. Its unfortunate that you can do infinite password attempts on krunker without getting timed out. if krunker implemented a system that after 4 failed login attempts account would get locked and an email sent to the registered email for unlucking it I'm pretty sure this wouldn't have happened. even Haz mentioned his password was weak so hacker Brute forcing the passwords is a very likely possibility. either way 2fa would make it way harder to do stuff like this still. Also fixed the title thanks for mentioning.
Aw man, Krunker should ASAP patch a new update because so many being down by account tag and/or locked. And yeah thanks for the informative video here, I hope the game devs should here that concern out
Hopefully they take care of the hacker guy situation godspeed, it's sad that people like him have no life so they just try to hack accounts in an browser game. How pitiful. But thank you for giving us this news, and nice mask, it looks cute on you ;)
Hopefully they will track the hacked accounts and see how hes gaining access ( hes guessing password if several failed attempts, if he gained access with one attempt then database breach or keygens..) either way 2fa should be pretty safe. Also thanks :)
(its been 20 days)I had 2fa missing, I have lost my level 93 account and sadly krunker's recovery sites do nothing. I had never installed any malicious programs installed. I had played krunker then after opening the game the next day I found myself logged out. To my surprise upon re-entering my credientials I found that my password has been changed. It says that now my account is locked but it was working till a few days ago. Today my account has been deleted after stealing my items.
After all its just a digital account on a monitor. Dont let it get to you too much it can happen. I made this video to prevent things like this happening.

They have added 2fa already which is pretty strong. an update that locks accounts after 4 failed login attempts could make the situation way better.
