    true. i still remember my first few months working and one of the best surgeon we have had a bad day and drop the patients chart in front of me. i stand my ground and told him straight to his face that he doesn't have any right to do such thing in front of me because i came here in America with only my brain and luggage. he sends me an apology letter and been so nice to me from then on.

      I feel you po. I remember when I was in college. I worked with a doctor in the Philippines. She did the same thing and yes we had a bad day too. Standing your ground, especially in a high-pressure environment, takes a lot of courage. Glad to hear he recognized his mistake and treated you better after that! 💪👏
