Theres actually 3 places to get him. Fighting Ifrit as the boss in Chap 3, the secret area in nether nebula can randomly spawn him, bablizz or zapt and you can get them all again at the begining of chap 21 when you get access to some secret murkrifts which i will be doing a video about soon :)
