Super Smash Bros Brawl is owned by Nintendo
Differences from Heavy Moveset
+Different Player Bar (even though you could hardly see heavy's)
+Instead of bringing the target block back I just cut straight to the moves.
+Updated Final Smash figure
+Inspiration Clip now moved from center to left
-Some text errors, a clear example being near the first brawl victory celebration.
-There seemed to be something wrong with the sound in the second celebration.
-Scout's head appeared to be disconnected from the neck when demonstrating the Down B.
Despite these errors, I hope you enjoy anyway.
ALSO, this is my final official use of my intro.

Scout for smash bros
Neutral B: The Sandman. (Launches a baseball depending on how long the B button is held, stuns opponent for 1 - 3 seconds. Ball can be caught / grabbed by other players. The bat can be used as a weapon, similar to the villager when he plants a tree, having high damage but little knockback. Recharge time is 15 seconds)
Side B: The Flying Guillotine. (Has a damage over time effect like Jokers side B, by 0.4% damage for 20 seconds. Has little knockback Recharge time is 10 seconds)
Down B: Crit-a-Cola (Does increased damage, but only for 5 seconds. When the effect ends, Scout will take 1.5% more damage from enemy attacks. Can only be used 3 times, recharge time is 30 seconds)
Up B/ Recovery: The Force-a-Nature. (Scout aims the FaN down, shooting it will launch him into the air, but can only be used once in the air... just like in Tf2. The FaN can deal damage, and can spike, but only when the Scout is close to the enemy.)
Neutral attack: A simple punch
His "Gentleman" : A three hitting move, ending in a strike from his bat.
Side smash: Similer to his taunt kill in tf2, can launch enemys far and can kill at about 90 - 100%
Down smash: A quick sweeping kick.
Up smash: A blast from his Scattergun.
Up tilt: Same as his Up Smash, but at an angle.
Down tilt: Same as his Down smash, but he uses the bat to reach farther.
Neutral Air: A quick kick.
Up Air: An uppercut, doesnt do that much knockback, but can deal decent damage.
Down air: A shot from the Scattergun, can spike.
Side Air: A bat swing, can send enemies flying if over 100%
Grab attack: Quick kicks to the stomach.
Forward throw: A toss up, and a strike from his metal bat.
Down throw: Curbstomps the enemy before kicking them away.
Back throw: Same as the Forward throw, but uses the Scattergun.
Final Smash: "Assisted Domination", Scout hits his enemys hard with a bat swing, launching them onto a platform with Scout. Scout hops away to reveal 5 blu/red engineer level 3 sentrys all aiming at the victim. The sentrys start gunning down the enemy, launching them with rockets from the sentrys.
It ends with the Domination sound, And a tag that reads "Scout is Dominating Mario"
Scouts should be:
Neutral B - Scattergun
Side B - Sandman (hold for more distance like Zelda)
Up B - Atomizer triple jump (purple smoke)
Down B - Crit-a-cola
Final Smash - Honk!
I think up b should be the force-a-nature

Well, someone has to make the mod for this character. . . or wait until the next Super Smash Bros. comes out and we can work the mod from there once the time is right.
1st: chin made gaston and YTPguy made morshu and hotel mario (hotel mario as toon mario)
2nd: where is the losing pose?
What a coincidence I was just playing with scout on my brawl. it was just a texture edit of Ness though. :P

Scout:
B: Scattergun
Side B: Sandman
Up B: Atomizer Jump
Down B: Pancake Man
Final Smash: Bonk
Pancake Man:
B: Pancakes
Side B: Bonk! Atomic Punch
Up B: I'm Flying
Down B: Scout
Final Smash: Dispenser
Scout looks broken

After you do Pyro, please do Gaston, Morshu, Hotel Mario, AoSTH Sonic, and/or Mordecai.
you do know that this is an old video so maybe he would have known that by now as ARL3.
But if it's just an improved version of Wario's Final Smash... what's the point of Wario?
