I wouldn’t say the coolest but they were the most original and unique, I think her clothes and style transmitted her personality a lot because of the colors and different designs

Why have I never noticed that Mona Lisa Dress?? I always think Phoebe's fashion was so above and beyond her character's past. Like she was very Bohemian, Hippie in the early seasons and then became even more creative with more mainstream pieces. It was a fun way to assemble her into the cast without her always feeling like the oddball.
