I can't understand how the board keep letting henyard lock them out of city hall. Why don't they get a judgements against the building belongs to the people

It's crazy to me that this is one meeting where @Trina Downs can sit her crazy ass in w.o any problems, she rather stand n scream like banshee. Unbelievable
The microphones and sound quality really needs to be addressed. But done so in an appropriate way. Not the way Tiffany only upgraded HER mic 🎤 to gold and who know what else she’s done just for HER own benefit and to drown out everyone else. She is also twice as loud with regards to how loud they have her volume turned up so she can more easily talk over top of other board members. Notice the only mic that is ever working perfectly is Tiffany. I wonder how much she did waste on that gold microphone 🎤 I bet the half the board could have been upgraded to be heard better for the cost of upgrading her own equipment. She looks incredibly childish. With all her behaviour, immediately going right to the Mayors office and sitting directly in the chair. That’s crazy 🤪 like immediately drunk on power crazy 🤪 and having an immediate phototshoot to change everything to have her name and FACE on everything. Literally everything from billboards to ALL the towns mailers and public communications and even down to the floor mats!! The FLOOR MATS!!
So why did Tiffany not attend tonight? Is it because she had her own meeting illegally and knows if she came to this one they could easily just overthrow everything she tried to appoint in her meeting? Doesn’t she know they have enough trustees to address everything as a usual board meeting regardless if she’s there or not? I can’t figure out why she wouldn’t desperately try to attend every single meeting no matter what. So she can continue to try and direct the insanity and try to blame them for everything being out of control and chaos when if she doesn’t attend the public can very see here tonight things run normally and most important things get done!! Without the screaming and being talked down too!! Tiffany behaves like she is the all powerful GOD passing her infant wisdom down on the trustees who in HER mind have no idea how to do their job suddenly since she took office. She bring chaos mayhem, and the utmost unprofessional environment to every meeting. I don’t know how she’s allowed to be mayor when she belittles the other elected, trustees and with so much hostility. She goes far beyond rude. I think she really does take it too far and her words and her behaviour. It should have been looked at a long time ago for reprimand and if she continued talking to people in such an abusive way and reprimanding had no effect to stop her then she should have been let go from her position due to her behavior, being unbecoming of a mayor and her position. She should’ve been getting strikes for poor behaviour along time ago. This was something that should’ve been looked at and seeing what they can do about her poor behaviour. It’s simply not ok behaviour of the mayor and township supervisor positions. It’s unprofessional. She should’ve been terminated when she first started it and after 3 chances with 3 strikes then time ago/fired as a result of her own actions. Does anyone know if this is or was possible? I can’t think of a single job anywhere in our country that you are aloud to abuse your coworkers that work under you like this and to this degree. She has to answer to someone. You simply can’t verbally abuse people like this and have no consequences. Right?? Thank you 🙏
I agree with everything you said. The issue is they had a recall vote and it passed but the court over turned it which I am not sure of the specifics. Also it is my opinion that the State of Illinois is backing her to stay in office. Illinois politics has historically been corrupt and it continues to this day. Until she is arrested this will continue I am afraid. It's a damned shame the community has been made to suffer through her misguided ways
