I hope and pray that all of the homeless people in touson get some sort of housing.i was homeless 4 years ago due to a fire in the apartment building were had lived for 8 years.i ended up in a shelter for 8 months during the co- vid pandemic. Now have a had had the same apartment for 3 years now by the grace of god it was scary living in the street for 2 month so depressing time but I prayed to god for guidance and protection and I made it thru the time being homeless. My bi-polar is under control now with 2 medications. Take care micheal you are God's helper, bless you

You're doing a great job helping these people. I have one suggestion why not freeze the water bottles in place of ice I know they'd go nuts for that. I only suggest this because you freeze the sandwich meat and cheese. I'm a vehicle dweller in Canada and I would have loved to have had frozen water bottles these past 2 summers. Keep doing what your doing.

@@goodnessinpeople just trying to help. I've been living in my suv for almost 2 years and have experienced 2 very hot summers so I know what would make my day in the heat. Frozen bottles of water serve 2 purposes it keeps other things cold and you get a cold drink for longer. Either way you're doing great helping others.
Yeah, we have used that method for years. Keeps stuff cold, then drinkable later. Also found that the Omaha Steaks styrofoam coolers are by far the best coolers. We pick em up along the street on garbage day or find em at yard sales.

I just want to say you are a true inspiration for dedicating your time and energy in helping so many people. IT just goes to show that no matter if its something small or big, everything makes a huge difference. I also admire how you interact with everyone you meet. You show them such kindness, sincerity and respect and that cannot be faked. Well done and I hope others will be inspired to either volunteer, donate, or just take the time to talk to people in need.

I was homeless living in my car for 3 months while still working barley sleeping and used all my money I earned from work on hotels from time too time too take showers and get my rest it’s very hard finding a spot too sleep at night knowing your safe or afraid u might get kick out the area you are in im glad you do this for people you are a great man keep up the good and the donations guys help trust me. Not everyone chooses too be homeless not every body on the streets do drugs and drink Remember that most homeless comes from not having anyone too turn too when times are rough and you help a lot of people and I ty

Remember that most homelessness comes from not having someone to turn to when times are tough...wow, you can believe I will remember this statement. I have been blessed to always have someone to turn to but what if I didn't. I will remember this, it has really touched my heart.

Michael-You should make up flyers and hand out to your homeless friends and have a gathering at the park and have a cookout or luncheon for your homeless friends-I bet some businesses would donate and that would be a good way for them to get to know you and appreciate everything you do for them and also it could be a way they could get to know each other- Thank you for everything you do -love you Michael

It's just heartbreaking to see people in streets when there are many places to live and many empty houses. What we don't have anymore is empathy and sympathy for those who are not so fortunate as us. If you have a house, clothes, lovely parents and food and water, you have to be grateful even in situations you struggle financially, physically or mentally, you have the basics and the most needed things.

I've been on the streets of Vegas a few years ago. I have MANY videos documenting my time in a playlist. Stephan will end up 1 of 2 ways... Either, he'll find work (I couldnt) or he'll end up a tweaker. Dealers/pusher target the homeless, and its easy to say yes... I hope the viewer that reached out is also willing to be a mentor, or someone to guide him AWAY from the drugs... I will also add that IF i end up homeless again, im going back to Vegas i made money out there...
👋👋 Stephan is on the blues at this moment ... He understood my reference to the 'drinking fountain' and the 'bike path' ... He knows I know, that he knows that I know! lol ... Tweaking isn't a big thing on the streets here, it is all blues now. I walked the bike path I spoke of just a couple days ago, counted 57 folks in a span of an eight of a mile, I would guess only 3 were not nodding off ...

You are a gem Micheal. And lots of people with prejudice against homeless people should see this video. They are just like any other people, a bunch of homeless neighbours just chatting and joking wth eachother. And on top of that: sharing the few things they have. All the heartless rich people who only want more should follow this example and share instead of collecting more wealth for themselves.

I love Tucson, you see a lot of people helping the homeless and it makes me so happy to see this video that was taken so close to me! They seem like good people who’ve had a rough go. God bless you and everyone here who doesn’t just do things for the homeless but for eachother. The amount of times I’ve seen people paying it forward, helping me personally or people I know with random, pretty inconvenient things that some actually take the time to help if they can. I remember one time on this side of town when I was grocery shopping, the sweetest person ever saw a huge basket of groceries that me and my ex really needed and he didn’t know we were low on money, we didn’t exchange any conversation, he got done paying for his items and said “I’ll pay for their items as well, they seem like nice people”. The total was about $200 for the food (we were stocking up for a months worth) and he had no hesitation, such an angel🙏🏼
