You can slow the video down by clicking the gear icon on the lower right hand side of the video and if that messes up the voice, you can also enable closed captioning. Also, after clicking on the video, you can use the space bar to pause the video quickly.

You can print it as pdf. In printer selection there must be something like Microsoft Print to PDF or similar.
