I'm so happy you had so much love and support, you both have hearts of gold and deserve to be respected. Thank you for reminding me people are being hurt over those issues and need to be shown love and support.

I am new to your podcast but will watch the others. I just want you to know I am a Christian and I stand with Israel and the Jewish people. I'm glad you addressed the terrible antisemitism in the world today. You're in my prayers.
BTW- your sweaters are gorgeous! ❤

I love watching you ladies while I knit. You have so many cool items in your shop!! I love Justine's Cozy Classic Raglan sweater. I just purchased that pattern! As for Advent sets, I love Ambah O'Brien's patterns. I'm making her Euphorbia Wrap with one of the 3 sets that I got this year.

Justine I got the Suburban Advent too!! Yay💃🏻. Kimberly McAlindin came out with a new patchwork sweater pattern for advents. Check it out…It’s called Quilted Pullover

Beautiful gift ideas! Love your low stress approach to advent knitting. Am doing the same- I have 2 self-striping sets, but just working on 1. The other may be a New Year’s Eve cast on🤷‍♀️. Our knitting should bring joy not stress! 😊

When you are starting a new craft your muscles are doing things differently. You will loosen up in your hands and get better. My hands hurt when started knitting and now I’m better!!!

That’s a great tip for the Take Flight Mitts. I would have been confused too. Experienced knitter. Never come across those kind of instructions before.

Great to see you lovely ladies! Justine-have you considered the Daft Days Cardigan new from the Creabea (Rebecca Clow) for the pink advent? You need a couple of skeins of a DK main color (perhaps you have something in your stash?😂) and hold the minis double. Sooo cute!

I’m also knitting the Cozy Comfort Throw using a 2022 advent from AChickThatKnitz. I, too, have wanted to make it for a long time.
I have a bundle of advent patterns on Ravelry and here are a few blanket pattern ideas for you. Go Go Throw by Ambah O’Brien; Rain or Shine Bkanket by Stephen West; Lily’s Scrap Blanket by Jen Peck (I made this last year); and Lullaby by TinCanKnits.
So enjoy watching your podcasts. Love your chemistry with each other!

My left hand hurts when I crochet too. I tend to keep my index finger out straightish..That gives me pain in my index finger. My thumb sometimes hurts from gripping the project. Frequent breaks, stretching, and consciously relaxing my index finger and grip, and supporting my project on something so my hands aren't supporting the weight also helps. Binkwaffle dumpling bags are awesome and Woobles are how I learned to crochet 3.5 years ago at age old- definitely not just for young people.(sorry for the ramble)

So very glad you're back!!!!! Always a lovely way to start my day when I see a new podcast from you 2. Love your sweater, Lori, beautiful pattern and colors. And, yours Justine, love the design and color! I love my yarn I have purchased from your shop. Saving up to order more. Really nice yarn. I love holding and squishing it, LOL. I love hearing about the Jewish religion, always a pleasure. I'm giving you a hug right now, Lori. I can't even wrap my head around what is going on and why ANYONE would judge a human being on race or religion. It's just maddening and horrible for anyone to do that. We are here to love each other, support each other and respect individual differences. 🙏🏩 Love the socks! Lori's socks are so cute, love the yarn, and I love the teacher's striped socks. So cute! I'm always working on a hat and looking for new patterns. I've never tried to knit socks, but, want to so bad and have the yarn. I must find a good tutorial for that. OH MY, the reindeer hat is so cute!!!!! Looks so good on you, Lori! Yes, Lori does have an excited voice and I love it, 🤣 YAY, Lori is a crocheter! I do both, but, crochet a lot lately. I do change off when hands get tired. Remember to do your hand stretches, it really, really helps. Justine: You have never seen the wizard of oz??????? Oh my.. I love that movie and have seen it at least a dozen times in my 72 years. It's my daughter's favorite movie! Great video, as always. sending love, hugs, prayers.

Lori the fact that your more experienced you were applying past experience into the pattern instead of just following what was written as a newer knitter might have. I’ve run into this several times myself.
