You have inspired me to make a big pot. I don't think I can make one with this much clay without me collapsing, lol. I was so surprised that it disconnected itself without warning and your appropriate response. You are powerfully strong and keep such good control the whole way through. This was so fun to watch. You explain things others haven't said. I don't think there is an easier way to do this. You can try to get rid of crumbs with a paint brush.
