I have placed four SHT30 and four SHT31 sensors in an environment with the same conditions. SHT30 sensors report air humidity at 40 and SHT31 sensors report humidity at 31 in the same condition.
I have sent several emails to your support department and also sent them photos, but they have not given me any response.
