Halloween month is upon us finally and I can't let it go by without knocking out at least a couple of spooky looks for you guys. This is a carved out clown makeup that required nothing more than makeup, face paints and kids washable glue stick. Easy peasy ^_^

The Balm 'Meet Matte Nude' Palette
(Any purple or cool toned powders will do!)

NYX Black Liquid Liner
ANY Mascara
Graphtopian Blood Paste
*NOTE; I made a mistake in the video, I meant to say you can layer oil/grease paints over watercolours but NOT visa versa.
