    My friend had hemorrhoids that turned into anal fissures
    He said to stop them from ripping open when he pooped, He had to stick his hands back there and use his fingers to stop the hole from stretching out too much

    I have hemorrhoids in my ass. The number one thing that exacerbates it for me is eating a shit load of food (especially a lot of carbs) before going to sleep and passing out, usually after smoking weed at night. But bad diet in general will cause it to flame up. I would not wish this kind of pain on my worst enemy. However I have seemed to fix the issue for the most part. I stopped smoking weed in general which helped me stop gorging myself at night. This cured most of the major symptoms. In addition, I have some very fibrous cereal (they are called "Bran Buds", and I mix it with Fibre-One cereal) with my breakfast. This really really helps keep me regular. Lastly, I eat kimchee a few times per week (just because it tastes so good honestly lol). In terms of helping my hemorrhoid symptoms, these 3 things did me wonders. Also, cut out the food that you know makes you feel like garbage -- fast food, deep fried, high fat/oil, high sodium, high sugar, etc.
