They didn’t have time. Training was over, they had to prove themselves for debut. It’s harder to sing then to rap. Notice that’s what they do in kpop with visuals and dancers. He only trained for like a month or two and it was mostly dancing. Too much probability of his voice cracking. Maybe it’s unfair, but like I said, it was for debut, they don’t care if you only trained for a month or 7 year. You have to show results, not potential. He does mostly vocal parts now anyway.

When Chan heard of that, he pulled Minho in his team right away. Before the survival starts, if I remember correctly, he had a month of practice and what he did, was prepare for their girls vs boys stage, Where he practically had no lines as he was added so last minute. Therefore, He didn’t get to train much for signing or rapping. What JYP (the PD) did, was see him struggle, and give him a part where their was less chances of his voice cracking or coming off pitch because after all, he could be eliminated and they had little time to practice. Which did happen because he literally just trained for like a month. Chan trained for 7 years, I guess they just had really high expectations for skz. Thankfully we got him back and because he is such a fast learner, with a bit more practice, he sounds amazing and is such an all rounder. That’s all.

I think stays recognise his voice and want him to get more oppurtunities for singing and btw at the end the way lee know cringed and laughed is so satisfying in short I love his contagious laugh😅😊❤
God. There's something that Lee Know has that just makes me HAPPY. Like I can't stop smiling, he's just someone who sparks the serotonin in people and I think if he wasn't an idol he would still be as special of a person.
