Since phase 2 cant be skipped to make the fight a little easier you have to trip phil with the toolgun and then give him a lot of propofol until he cant move a muscle, and then you will want to explode him or use revengeance idk, also you gotta remember where you left him at, you should burn him if he keeps spawning gabos or chaos soldiers or if he wont stop exploding you

My tip for beat Verse Curse: - Acquire 'Interdimentional Conqueror' (Basically beat the Observer) - Find Phil - Give him uncoha treatment - Use mighty skin weapon (I recommend minigun) - Repeat until phase 2 ( Idk if that trick is patched or not)
Or just sacrifice your device by putting a lot of radioactive barrel and save it now you can skip phase 1 and phase 2 by letting your device have 1 fps☠️

So i beat phase 2 with some how but is easy to beat him. I used container so here not move
Well I use it by tripping him, put on potassium chloride and set on fire so he cannot move and easily kill him
