Mom had to force feed me and force me to drink water and more.. I left myself barely breathing and barely able to move. (I'm somewhat back to health now.) I haven't been going to school and hardly my outpatient program. We can do this together. You just gotta take time (self care) for yourself whenever necessary. Step away from situations temporarily until you're strong enough to go back into them. Take life a day at a time and set small goals for yourself. For example, "I'm going to drink a glass or a small glass of water each hour of the day." You came so far in life and you're so strong for getting out of bed each day and still being present. We can get through this together. ❤️🩹
Also know that it's completely okay to express yourself and that you will never be a burden for that. It's okay to have feelings it's just not okay to stay that way. Pain is temporary, but suicide isn't. In life, nothing worth having comes easy. Don't be afraid to defend yourself and do what's best for you. People don't have that decision but you. ❤️🩹💙
