He reminds me of Stefan Moody with the way he shoots and moves. Moody has better hops, Ruffin is more crafty and efficient at finishing around the rim. Ruffin is a better shooter and a much better passer. Most importantly, Ruffin is much better at playing at different paces. Moody only knew one speed and that was fast -- and out of control sometimes. Ruffin looks really comfortable playing at any pace, does a great job getting to his spot and has a really quick first step. All-Conference caliber player for sure in my mind!
