    Thank you, great idea , now I will try to replicate it for my bike,
    Now I'm using a timer XY-LJ02 setting at 60ms with relè and a hall sensor, magnet etc etc , it works but the neodymium magnet attracts metal dust ...

    • @guser210

      orlando what exactly are you going to do? Kill power to the engine and then let it jump start on its on?

      @@guser210 I create bypass "Y" connector ignition coil,
      One head connect to ignition coil (two wire i use only black wire) and other head connect to rele on Timer XY-LJ02,and 3th connector to engine wiring
      Hall sensor a3144 and 3d print support installed proximity gear lever, but the neodimio magnet pasted epoxy glue on gear lever, It attracts dust and the play between sensor and magnet and only 1 millimeter, after 20 km I find myself with the magnet already full of dust and falsifies the operation.
      the relay is connected in NC mode, I switch it off and use the clutch normally, when the dust False the signal.
      👍👍

    Ive made my Quickshifter sensor myself aswell, however most ecu's need a closed circuit as input signal. Ive used a switch in my design so it closes on shifting.

    • @guser210

      Tygo do you get any f1 errors when you shift?

    • @guser210
      @guser210  4 года назад

      Tygo ah I see your bike is bit different, usually big bike ACU’s will give errors if you mod any of the inputs, I saw your video very cool, now you just to to mod it to rev on downshift.

    • @tygo9500
      @tygo9500 4 года назад

      @@guser210 the sensor i made actually only is a push type sensor, that is because I have a carbureted bike.(rev on downshift is impossible this way) I do want to know tho how you would use yours, so how do you connect the quickshifter sensor(which puts out a voltage) to the bike(which cuts the ignition or injectors)?

    • @guser210
      @guser210  4 года назад

      Tygo cool, I’ll do a series of videos on the entire unit, I tried cutting power, fuel, and spark, but the one that seems to work best is delaying spark since you can smooth it out as much as you want.

    what is the worst case scenario if diy quickshifter does not work at high rpm's?

    • @guser210
      @guser210  4 года назад

      It won’t shift unless you use the clutch the normal way. Obviously it depends on how much redundancy you want to add. It all depends on the code you write, let’s say you write faulty code and you forget to release the coil for some reason and you engage the next coil... you will blow a fuse and the bike will shutoff, or if your timing is off and end up releasing the coil late... the cylinder won’t fire and the bike will backfire, if you do enough for those you will shoot a huge flame, looks awesome at night. If you release the coil early nothing happens because the ecu won’t release it and will take over

    Do you know anyone who makes a sensor such as this with a 0-5v range in a washer style configuration? Im needing one for a car and have come up empty handed. Something similar to the healtech quickshifter sensor, but 3 wire so I can hook it up to my cars ecu.
