Actually yes. I have a 4-week T-bill coming to maturity and I want to change it to an 8-week T-bill at Treasury Direct. Should I set the proceeds to go to "Zero Percent C of I" within Treasury Direct so that I don't have to send the money to the bank and wait a week for next 8-week T-bill to purchase? The 4-week and the 8-week T-bills are auctioned and mature on the same day so I hope to do this so that there is no downtime switching from 4 to 8 week T-bills. I have already setup the purchase of the 8-week T-bill in the same amount on the same date are the maturing 4-week T-bill using funding from the Zero Percent C of I. I have never done this before but I figure what else would the "Zero Percent C of I" be used for as the name implies, Zero Percent so your funds earn no interest.
