I always go combat survival with full dart, because I have had so many situations where a LOT of different carni groups attack me at once, got charged by krono, escaped on land, chased by rex, had to go close to the water because of megars now also chasing me with the rex and kronos, ended up dying by ichthys. I just like that extra bit of health and leg protection and it has been working okay for me, have not played enough to say that though...
Glad that build work's! I've done the dart only build 2 but for me it's just better to be fast and know I wont get caught rather than be tanky enough to take it but get stuck on land.
I play official 2 almost exclusively. This is not a playstyle that everyone likes though but personally, I love being able to kill anything I want at any time and also no body down keeps giants from ruling the servers. In terms of the best server, I don't know if I can answer that because I only play on official 2 and as of late because of my friends Deep Abyss.
Nice video but i dont think that lurd beats krono 70% of the time, only under certain circumstances, if the krono is in the open, doesn't have much bruiser or hp, and theres more then like 4 lurds. (also dont forget skill plays a factor) sometimes going behind a rock as a lurd doesn't help if the krono knows how to control their lunge n can strafe lunge around the rock and hit the lurd.
Yeah there's definitely a lot of things involved in terms of player skill, environment and overall group size but I do think that Lurdu has more or less control of the fight until they get crippled enough to not be a problem.

Icthy is the same speed as lurd only with stormlord and does less damage*

lurdu just gets shit on by krono, makes it no fun to play as kronos so popular
1 mosa does not fear lurdu
2 you are not on an even playing field with icthy ever
