I Made Vintage Jumper Dresses 👗 Simplicity 9449

I made three dresses. I made one version of the Simplicity 9449 from the pattern then I redrafted it to make it a vintage pullover jumper dress (without a side zip) and I made two of that pattern. I love the two pullover ones. They're adorable!

I had to watch this because I just started a mockup of this pattern and I am so relieved that I am not the only one disappointed about the skirt. I know that pattern illustrations aren't terribly realistic but I felt gaslit by this one. Your adapted patterns are wonderful, and that rose jumper is gorgeous!

Thanks! 👗🌸 Yea, I think I ended up adding an extra panel for that skirt, it wasn't full enough. B6242 also has a fuller vintage skirt (but I don't like the bodice). You might have to add an inch or 2 at the bottom as it's a bit short. 🧵🌷
