Small Back Pose: From heroes pose bring legs knees ankles and toes with hip points comfortable aware of side body straight forward and equally one and half or two fists distant. Bring forearm forward with forearm full against floor and shoulders with elbows on floor ninety degrees. Elbow should be one hand or half hand ahead to the front of and outside the bent knees. Head flat to the chest and chin not touching, neck and back straight. Focus straight down or slightly inwards to the point in floor where you see downward dog. Release all tension in upper and middle back until sense movement in small back. Adjust breathing until the thoughts which are too big for regular comfort begin subside. Breathe easily until some of the warmth fades.- Small Back Pose
One of my favorite Asana is "small back pose". You know the eight million four hundred thousand Asana? Sometimes I think only some, only some of the Asana can be applied to chakra. This means to me that chakra is not not present in all Asana. I look and observe life after tantra yet remaining with practice the chakra fall away and the Asana take in a renewed definition and silhouette appears of life before tantra. A solid, liquid, gas and a light. This light also attachment to tantra in this light. Whatever it illuminates, that attachment and non attachment it becomes illumined. -Commish #Tough Boss
