We’ve been trying to figure out a way to fit in album reactions to our schedule but this summer has been crazy with all the comebacks lol

So a quick explanation for why Rising came before Cherry Talk is because at the turning of every year tripleS will have a Full Member release, Generations coming out near the tail end of 2022 meant that entering 2023 they prepared for their OT10 "debut" with Rising. It's also why entering 2024 they prepared Girl's Never Die.
For a more indepth explanation: Each comeback is called a "Dimension", think of it almost as a multiverse type deal. In the same way gravity effects multiple dimensions in physics, so does the voting events fans partake in effecting the outcome of comebacks, which is why those are called "Gravity". Every year they have a "Natrually Occuring Dimension" (or NODE) which is when all Members (S) come together to form a combination of these Dimensions as a full release.
To get a bit nerdier with the explanation all of this comes off of their lore known as "Dykstra's Theory". This theory is based off of Dykstra's Projection Algorithm which is primarily used for finding the shortest path between NODES in a graph and most often used in things like pathing for AI in video games, logistic planning in navigations apps and to help link people to their interest in social media. This is why alot of their releases use iconography most commonly associated with coding as well. For example alot of their albums have these brackets with the name of the album in the middle to associate it as a Node in the overall lore that will later connect to another node in the future.
TL;DR; Rising came out first because full group releases are done yearly and will mostly happen in the beginning of each year.
