I’m watching at the end of 2019 and I’m confused by the comments section. I have loved pentatonix since the sing off and Natalie Weiss since like 2015 and Ive always thought that this cover is so incredible! Natalie takes my breath away and pentatonix is doing a beautiful job like always, but all the top comments are telling people to stop the negativity but as I scrolled the comments I couldn’t find any. Does anyone know what people were being negative about aside from height? I wonder if they deleted comments
I am wondering the same thing. It appears that there were some negative comments toward Natalie that are either very far down and I can't find them or they were deleted because I can't find them. I was ready to find those comments and give them my 2 cents. I know it wouldn't have made a difference but it would have made me feel better...lol. Kirstie's voice is always the one most audible. It always stands out the most in a crowd, as does her personality and height *snickers* She is the most beautiful girl in the world (to me). She may or may not be affected by haters, if she is, she doesn't show it. She is my idol and rolemodel, and she can rock any hair style and color. You may or may not read this Kirstie, but you took off and soared. I wish you luck as the days past and as PTX (hopefully) hits the radio. Somebody That I Used To Know has in Texas, or so I've heard from a friend. Five times in an hour...wow.

Also, in this one you can clearly see how their voices merge so uniquely while accepting dearly Natalie's beautiful voice; Avi is a boss in green, and Kev's beatboxing rapidly gives the room's energe scope mountain high. Kudos to PTX and all its Pentaholics.

The microphone would be too far away from him and wouldn't carry the bass through had he been standing. Unfortunately performing with only a single mic low down is fine for Kevin, Natalie, Mitch, Scott and Kirstie but Avi cannot be so far away.
scott and mitch met when they were 8 or 10 in the musical charlie and the chocolate factory where scott was charlie and mitch was mike tv. kirstie met mitch and scott through school cause they went to the same one. they were going to audition for a show called the sing-off and started out as a trio until they realized they needed more parts. they met avi because he was well known in their community as being a very talented bass. they found kevin on youtube because he would upload videos of him beatboxing and playing the cello. so they the five of them worked perfectly together! hope that helped :)
you guys are so awesome - I love listening to your songs on youtube !!! unfortunately there are no tickets left for the german tour dates :( whenever you want to make a small VIP club concert in germany - there is a little theatre in my village with awesome sonority :) I'd love so see you all live on stage :) maybe next year in the US - keep it going!!

Her voice certainly isn't my kind of voice, but there's no need to conduct a character assassination when you don't even know someone. The neighbors: "Those kids are at it again! Singing as loud as possible! They could at least let me grab my drink before the show starts" Let's be real, they sound amazing and any neighbor would be crazy to legitimately complain about the noise.

I am a bass and I can second this. Bass noise is difficult to pick up unless your bass is ungodly loud, or you have a knack for hearing bass noise.
