When I beat the game for the 1st time, I came across 1 Control room in the 3rd floor of the 1st area (so I couldn't use it), and 2 shops. And you got the mosquitos! It's unbelievable! I'm not saying this player isn't skilled,just that makes way faster the run. And it makes me want to give a try to a speedrun. 😁
I feel like the mosquito is the best spell drop but other than that I’ve had zero luck figuring out what to power up and pair together. I hate how rare they made prismium! I’ve played 70 runs and I got one maybe 10 attempts, 2 I think 3-5 attempts and the best I’ve done was when I lucked my way into 4 prismium by the first control room where I pumped twinsie all the way and got the general who blew me up.
hey, don't sweat it homie! the game is mostly about learning how to figure out attack patterns and dodge them. But also, knowing what Spells/Cloaks you feel most comfortable with. I'll be putting out a Video soon that explains a lot of the concerns you're expressing. Until then, keep dodging and utilize that Dash for some i-frames!
Wow, and I can't even make it past the third boss yet. So, as for advice would you suggest doing nothing but speed runs? I dont know If i should go for the fights or avoid them.
The game saves each room you complete. So the only way to "retry" a room on the current patch is by simply Alt+F4 the game on whichever room you'd like to retry. Hope this helps ^^

Guys I just started the game I and I dont know how to use anima like that purple diamond thing and so I just keep spamming it and it rarely works if there is a right way to use it pls do tell
When the purple meter (Fury) is full, you can hold the Fury button and Scythe attack for a Scythe Fury or hold the Fury button and one of your cloak/spells to use one of their Fury attacks
good question! The Fury meter recharges by the number of hits you do to your opponent. With Moskilltos, the Fury and regular spell attack both hit the enemy numerous times, ramping up the Fury meter :)
your speedrun is not valid, its like make a speedrun on resident evil but in ng+, when your power is on max! make a speedrun on a new game, not one win 8hours of play! already find all magic, etc... In this game the luck is a big part of your playthrougt but you pipe the dice!
The luck on the curses/mosquito was good but the amount of shops and control rooms was insane

I'm rather new to the game so I have a question,is there like some how you can save progress to ensure you can retry before a room?

It was a bug where sometimes room rewards wouldn't spawn and would have to wait a little bit.
