Hey friends and welcome to France!!🌞🇫🇷 I can't believe I'm here and I get to share these adventures with YOU!!! This is what I eat in a week, in Paris and Dijon France. It's not very easy to be vegan in France but I managed to eat lots of colourful flavourful food, however not every meal is perfect, the experience was worth it lol!

You should visit Berlin. There are many vegan options and everyone speaks at least a bit of english.

Make sure to ask whether their sorbet has milk! It's my default choice when I'm back home (Greece) but I've come across a few ice cream shops where the worker told me their strawberry sorbets had milk in it! Enjoy your travels and hope to see you in Greece soon. Got lots of recommendations for vegan eats :)
I even had times when in the fruit ice, there was gelatin :(.
and then sometimes in Germany they have egg in Sorbets... 🙈 so I am actually always asking when they don't have signs or allergens listed :D

So happy that you enjoy your stay in France ! I lived in Dijon for about 3 years, and while watching the video i was like "oh i recognize this place !!" And yes, very difficult to find vegan options in small cities (i was not vegan at that time)
But... to be honest, nobody in France likes Paris except non french people 😂 life is so expensive, people living there are aggressive, there are always demonstrations... but yes, enjoying food in a park is always a good time, i used to do it a lot a few years ago

Julia, though we are ways apart in ages and lifestyles - though I am vegan - I love your videos and adventures and don’t think I have ever missed one. Loving seeing what you are eating and love how you pull simple things together to make something I may not have thought of. Also loving tagging along on your travels ❤
Germany and Austria are famouse for their bread 😅 you will get the best vegan options in Berlin. And of course Berlin has a lot of history and Story telling.
I bought a fresh loaf of sourdough and local balsamic last night and had it for dinner. Thought of youuuu!
your video made me want to go explore France so bad. Just a fun addendo, the cracker in the last clip are generally used for breakfast in Europe with jam or marmalade, for dinner or to pair with salty things we use other types of cracker, but I hope you enjoyed them nonetheless

I live in Paris and I work there, at each lunch break me and my colleagues go to the park, sit in, and we enjoy together. And we do this EACH DAY :))) not only a cliché, it's the reality of Paris aha

Hey, I am French and I lived 10 years in Dijon. Too funny to review some I am French and I lived 10 years in Dijon. Too funny to see some places again 😉 It's true that we like to take the time to drink a coffee and we never take it away! And yes, it is normal here to weigh the vegetables yourself before going to the cashier ! Maybe the French are more autonomous 😂😂😂
I haven't watched your channel in a while, but this video popped up in my feed and I had to watch! My son just got back from a post highschool graduation Europe trip. I was supposed to go too but it didn't work out :( Anyway, it's kind of nice to know that your boyfriend isn't vegan. Mine isn't either and I have gotten a lot of slack from other vegans about it. What can I say? We have been together for much longer than I have been vegan and it can be hard for people to change if they don't have a strong motivation. I would love it if he was vegan, but he's not and I love him anyway.

You are healing me slowly with the clips here and there where you are eating but Scott is not. I could never do that I'm so self-conscious I can't eat if others are not also eating. I'm trying to get better obviously but it still scares me a lot.

I think you should definitely visit a german city like Berlin. The bread is even better and in Berlin there are sooo many vegan stores/ restaurants. Also, almost everyone is quite good at speaking english.
Would love to try AG1 but omg it’s 100 euros for a one month supply… wtf
there's an app that translates text in other languages on photos - you can do that for your granola and food items to see if it's vegan!
Welcome in France : so few vegan options haha. As you said Dijon is a small cito so finding vegan products is super difficult ! On the other hand Paris is the most vegan friendly city of France but it is not that easy either :( even if the vegan restaurant are really good ! However in non vegan places they often don't know what vegan really means to egg and cheese (and sometimes fish) can be served in a vegan dish...

Ive felt very disconnected from your channel and you and I hope youre doing well. I sense that you are finally healing from your trauma and in that vibration of healing. I always weight my own food in the states because it’s way faster for the cashier.
make sure that when u order cocktail they dont shake it with egg white… the foam on your drink kinda looks like they used egg whites
The food dump 😣😣😣 last week I was making myself a salad and adhd kicked in and I started to give my cats their wet food and I put a fat spoonful of cat food in my salad 😭😭

weighting your own fruit and veggies is also not how germany does it. so its not a europe thing :D
Yeah, in the UK you can weigh your own, but the cashier or self checkout machine will also do it. 😊
