    Ingrediants-
    Suji-1 cup
    Channa Dal- 1tbsp
    Urad Dal wash- 1 tbsp
    Ghee- 1 tbsp for roasting suji
    Ghee-1&1/2 tbsp for tempring
    Mustard seeds-1tsp
    Curry Patta- 10-12 nos
    Hing- 1/4 tsp
    Peanut- 2tbsp
    Cashew nut- 2 tbsp
    Green chili-1 medium
    Onion- 2 small
    Ginger-1 inch
    Carrot-1 small
    green peas- 2 tbsp
    Beans- 5-6 piece
    Water- 3 cup

    sir upma bana liya...100 percent perfect bana....pahale bahut try kiya tha but kavi sahi nahi bana tha ...aaj mene try kiya ...or sab behosh .......ab dahi vada pe attake karna hai ....dekhta hu kya result milta hai .... love u sir...aap such me bahut great hai ..sab kuch eassy ban jata hai ......kavi kavi dish me oil ya ghee jayada hota hai but o to me kam jayada v kar sakta hu na ....so ye koi bara issue nahi hai ......thanks sir

    His explanation are what is actually required for desired results, tried this upma recipe following all steps, it turned out exactly same as promised in beginning of video❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏
    Personal customisation I did was - to make my veggies more dissolvable in mouth instead of being in crunchier side, I added salt and sauted them.

    I am from USA. and I consider myself a good cook, its my hobby to satisfy my tastebuds. Basically my cooking has been improved a lot by your directions and knowledgeable explanations.     Sir, thanks for such a perfect guidance to make delicious upma and also telling difference between "Rai" and "Sarson".
    Also I request you to give guidance to make Kandapoha and Sheera. These dishes are most favourite in Maharashtra.

    The key points are 1:3 suji to water ratio and 1 to 1 1/4 T spoon salt for one cup suji
    In one of other star chef he recommended 1:4 suji to water ratio which I think made the upma like jalsa
    I like Chef Bhupi's way of making up ma and the way he explained in detail

    Very carefully and well explained. Among many things, thanks for also explaining the difference between sarson and rai.
    And also what it means to really make an ‘upma’.

    Excellent recipe by an experienced chef who knows his business. The technical details presented during the course of its persecution is simply meticulous. Had the chef chosen another profession, it would have been teaching in a reputed institute. He has an uncanny knack of immediately disarming his viewers and demystifying the subject under treatment with his culinary skills, voice modulation and presentation. On a scale of 5 I would, without any second thoughts, give 5.

    This kind of dry Upma is made in Tamil Nadu, Kerala etc. In Karnataka , they make totally wet Upma, and that too tastes really good.

    Apki ye recipe jub bhee banti hae, bahut maza aata hai. Aaj phir bhuni hui sooji ke yaad ayi, aur result good aya. Apni one of the least favourite sabzi, gobhi dali, wo bhe ab badiya lagne lagi hai..
