Cyrus doesn't really seem to care about type disadvantages since his entire team is weak to rock. So why bother giving Gyarados a move to target electric types? I can't help but think that it has something to do with another late 20s antisocial nerd from Sunyshore, Volkner.

I love this moveset The only thing i would personally change would be his side tilt in gunslinger. Maybe after starting it you could hold it instead of spamming to keep shooting, while actually spamming it would make Dante stay in place, shooting at the desired direction with the other gun instead with the other still forwards, so that you are able to shoot at two targets at once

I know I already vote for Skul from Skul: The Hero Slayer, but when more ppl vote for him, I wouldn't mind if you copied these for his Victory Animations: 1. Dances around and does a pose until his skull falls off and starts rolling away 2. Screws his skull back into his body and does a pose 3. either swings his bone sword or starts juggling skulls and puts his real one back in his body
Personally, I would move the style changes to the D pad and made his taunts be able to be cancelled by any move. And, like Kirby, allow him to taunt online as a result. The taunting would be really thematic and it would make it so certain moves aren't as clunky (pressing up b twice to recover or neutral b three times for the 2nd hit) this would also free up his specials for more moves. Also, one of his victory animations should be him pulling his hair back to look like Vergil

I'd imagine that beginning scene happening before Byleth was revealed. They asked if he wanted to be in smash, he'd assume it's just a random caller, so they decided to go to Byleth instead
Master Kohga, he would be a funny charater to make a moveset for. And he's a Zelda rep. Though I'm assuming his main gimmick would be like Mac, he slowly builds up a meter before releasing a strong attack.
I think he would be really zany and charming but I'm unaware of his meter gimmick. Is it from Age of Calamity?

The only thing i would personally change would be his side tilt in gunslinger. Maybe after starting it you could hold it instead of spamming to keep shooting, while actually spamming it would make Dante stay in place, shooting at the desired direction with the other gun instead with the other still forwards, so that you are able to shoot at two targets at once

Personally, I would move the style changes to the D pad and made his taunts be able to be cancelled by any move. And, like Kirby, allow him to taunt online as a result. The taunting would be really thematic and it would make it so certain moves aren't as clunky (pressing up b twice to recover or neutral b three times for the 2nd hit) this would also free up his specials for more moves.
Also, one of his victory animations should be him pulling his hair back to look like Vergil
