I always took the road to hell phrase at this very basic level : I'll give my child everything I never had = spoiled, entitled or apathetic kids -or I'll protect my child from all harm = anxiety ridden, hypersensitive kids. ''You think you know but you don't know'' can be taken as a statement regarding science, but it can also pertain to wisdom. Then again, besides this shaky premise, you're still making your point in a compelling way. I've been enjoying this series.
Can't tell you how much my wife and I enjoy these posts and we will get to Tamada one day (when we can afford it, it's a long way from Dublin) Fabiola Gianotti - is a woman, so a new Fabio voice might be required! She is also included among the “Top 100 most inspirational women” by The Guardian newspaper (UK, 2011), ranked 5th in Time magazine’s Personality of the Year (USA, 2012) and included among the “Top 100 most influential women” by Forbes magazine (USA, 2013 and 2017). So the Guardian, TIme and Forbes love her...shouldn't that be good enough for us all to bow down to her superior intellect?
I’m thinking that the phrase “the road to hell is paved with good intentions” springs from the same well as the phrase “no good deed goes unpunished”.

4:54 “building 7 was not on the list” 😂
Wouldn't you say that CERN thinks they have the best intentions? The problem is that human beings want to cut God out and do things on their own.
Wow. Some people just should not have a microphone… I’m sure your intentions are good though.
