I’m struggling to loosen my one. Can’t get a spanner down from the top to fit it round the bold shape. Can’t seem to get it from underneath seems like no space Mk5 golf
Grate job !!! I want to ask you the code of the part where the pressure switch is attached on, is that the expansion valve ? Is it easy to replace or I have to replace also the hoses ? Thank you
No mechanic or anything like that, but do you have to take out the Freon first before you takeoff the solenoid or can you just takeoff the solenoid and then go from there?
i know Im asking the wrong place but does any of you know of a trick to log back into an instagram account..? I somehow forgot the login password. I would love any tricks you can offer me
@Maxton Augustine Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site on google and im waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I took mine to get refilled at a specialist and he said this was the problem. Get it refilled and if that doesn't work it's either this or the pump, these are only cheap anyway so you might as well change it
Am about to change mine on a mk6 golf gt tdi. As reccomend as when we plugged it in the air con system thinks its massivly over pressure and its overriding the fan and making it run constantly and for about 5 mins after you switch the engine off. Am hoping this sorts it
@@mrcaboosevg6089 Do you lose any refrigerant while replacing the sensor? If the o-ring (purple in the video) is damaged, will the system slowly leak in future? Does the new sensor include the o-ring?
I have a 2010 gti, my ac works but when i accelerate it starts to blow warm air and sometimes.takes 10 mins to start cooling again, do u knlw if thats a sign of bad high pressure sensor?
Congratulations on the video tutorial! I have a vw tourana 1.9 77kw BKC engine 2005 and very bad heating. VCDS diagnostics gives me this error. Does that mean I need to change that sensor as well and would that solve my poor heating problem? for the installation of the sensor, the ac installation must be discharged and without freon?
No mechanic or anything like that, but do you have to take out the Freon first before you takeoff the solenoid or can you just takeoff the solenoid and then go from there?
thank you :)
Very good
Helpful video. There is another connector on the same wiring loom. On my Caddy Panel van it is not connected at the moment. What is it for?

My car VW rabbit 2008 is it same one ? Pls let me know thank you
Thanks for the video, one question, do you need to adjust something in vcds, or just replace sensor and that's it? Thanks
Just replace the sensor and clear the code if you want ,
that's it.

Hi, the gass will leak when we change the sensor ?
How to test if it's not working
Mine is leaking all the time when screwing out and i dont want to lose ac gas. Is this the meaning?
Do you need to degas it?
Does anybody know the part number for this o ring please?
Helpful video. My question is, have to take the gas out or not? Very important before blowing up! LoL TIA
No.. there's an automatic valve behind, preventing any ac gas losses
There’s a schrader valve that will prevent the Freon from blowing out
No way! How did you get a spanner on that to loosen it in the first place?
The scanner is small and his engine is tdi, perhaps it is slimmer than your engine and there is more space.
I tried but mine was on that hard it snapped clean off
What function does that sensor do? or why should it be changed?
Its checking the pressure of the A/C system. The Sensor often Breaks.
What was the problem
B10ABF0 is my code erreur, this is the problem?
Is it gas in the system when you are doing this?
Bonjour on peut changer cette piece avec le circuit rempli de gaz ?
oui mais il faut desserrer vite...
Do you have to evacuate the system before doing this???
No
Mine is leaked from there... into the wiring connection the plastic was cracked... i needed to regas it

Is your car on a jack in this video? Or is it possible without one, thanks.
I lifted it a little with the jack
Do u have to take the AC stuff out of your system or can u just take out the sensor?
You do not need to .
What prevents the gas from stream out when you screwed the switch off?
It’s a Schrader valve
where found this pressure switch sensor ?
It found in engine Bey. 🎉 near the front, on the bottom.
my car audi a3 8p is completed eject from this pipe.. need to replace completed .... but not found this sensor

Can i replace this sensor without loosing gas, or do i have to empry the system first?
Yes, Think of a valve stem on a car tire. It stays closed until you screw on the sensor. Cheers
